With deep expertise and borrower empathy, he consistently provides top-notch service. Tyler moved from Pennsylvania to Massachusetts in 2016 and currently lives in Quincy, MA, but remains an avid Philly sports fan.
Jennifer Valenzuela Senior Home Advisor
Jennifer came on board as a Senior Home Advisor with us in 2020 after seven years at Bank of America. Whether you're brand new to the process or an experienced home buyer, Jennifer is here to support and empower you every step of the way. When she isn't helping homeowners achieve their goals, you will likely find her listening to 70's and 80's music with her daughter Soleia, her dog Tyson, and bunny Bartleby.
Charles Pierce Home Advisor
Mortgage guru and customer advocate, Charles' goal is to make the process as transparent, efficient, and painless as possible. Having worked in the industry for eight years, he's had experience at banks and brokers, but definitely prefers Own Up! A licensed commercial pilot and flight instructor to go along with an MBA, he'll talk for hours about anything finance or aviation related.

Tehri joined our team in 2020 as a Home Advisor, but came to us first as an Own Up customer. Inspired by our mission, Tehri wanted to join the team to help others on their home buying journey. In addition to her extensive mortgage knowledge, she takes an empathetic approach to her clients as she has been through the mortgage process several times herself.
